About the 'Stronger Together' Home Workout Program


We are Adrian and Lisa; a couple based out of Oakland who live and breathe health and wellness. When we first all had to stay home because of Covid, we really missed our local fitness community. We noticed that friends were struggling to keep a fitness routine and that many people were feeling low and lonely at home. That’s when we decided to provide live workout classes through Zoom on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays to bring people together to get stronger. 


These were such a success that we’ve decided to pick out our best 18 classes and turn them into a 6 week program. You can either follow the program by working out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 6 weeks as we have advised or you can also feel free to choose classes ad hoc and use this as a library of on demand workouts. Do whatever works best for your needs and your schedule!


We have designed these classes to improve your strength and endurance over the next 6 weeks. We have core and legs focused workouts on Mondays, total body workouts on Wednesdays and arms and shoulders workouts on Fridays. We show modifications for each move meaning that these workouts are accessible to all strength and fitness levels. The only equipment you’ll need for Mondays and Wednesday is a mat and on Fridays you’ll need light to medium hand weights, bands, or something you have around the house and can use as weights (soup cans, wine bottles etc.). After even just one of these workouts you will feel energized, stronger and more ready to take on the world.
